Today I turn 30. I woke up, ran 6 miles and spent the morning fielding phone calls from friends, family and clients, not to mention my Facebook wall is on fire. I spent the last night of my 20’s on a fantastic date and am having a small dinner with a few close friends tonight. In a few weeks I’m throwing a larger bash where I can invite a ton of people, too much going on right now to deal with that.

Real estate seems to be picking up in this area and once I find something nice and in my price range, it seems offers have already been put in on them. Also, I find a lot on zillow and realtor.com, but find out that they are not even on the market anymore. I need an up to date site that tells what's really available.

I am only a few weeks pregnant, and just found out this past week. When I first told my boyfriend he said he wanted to keep it, however, the next day he said he wanted me to have an abortion, I told him no way. I have only been with him 7 months, this was not my plan of life, I wanted to be able to take care of myself, be dependent, married and successful before kids even came into the picture. However, I am currently in the midst of my last semester of college and things just didn't work out that way. -The next day, he decides he wants to keep it. And the next day after that, I find out he's currently on three dating sites, and emailing girls as if he's on the market. I don't know what to do. I know this kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, but at the same time he is the father. Should i give him some time to himself to think about it, to try and grow up, and leave for a while (he's 24), or should I attempt to stick through this even with the constant fighting that has been occuring.
