I'm trying to come up with an intriguing idea for my story I'm writing. My two characters are young adults and I want something similar to the situation of the book Twilight to keep them apart (he’s a vampire and she’s human in Twilight…I want that supernatural twist). So any ideas that might help me trigger a story plot line?

OK so I know the writer's market online is the better choice cause it's more up to date. I'm going to ask for the 08 book for christmas since I won't need it until around then anyway. But my family isn't internet savvy and wouldn't know how to purchase an online subscription so I'd be better off to ask for the book with them. Does it come with an online subscription too? I saw something on the site where you could put in the code that came with the book or something…
