1 – Are not very bit in the least attractive
OR
2 – "Shopping the market" meaning they dont usually respond to you unless your like gorgeous or 8/9/10's
OR
3 – Have some sort of underlying issue to why theyre not in a relationship either be it with control, their sense of humor being too sarcastic, they're too much of a bitch or etc,
