I am only a few weeks pregnant, and just found out this past week. When I first told my boyfriend he said he wanted to keep it, however, the next day he said he wanted me to have an abortion, I told him no way. I have only been with him 7 months, this was not my plan of life, I wanted to be able to take care of myself, be dependent, married and successful before kids even came into the picture. However, I am currently in the midst of my last semester of college and things just didn’t work out that way. -The next day, he decides he wants to keep it. And the next day after that, I find out he’s currently on three dating sites, and emailing girls as if he’s on the market. I don’t know what to do. I know this kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, but at the same time he is the father. Should i give him some time to himself to think about it, to try and grow up, and leave for a while (he’s 24), or should I attempt to stick through this even with the constant fighting that has been occuring.
