I guess this is a really good set up for these kinds of Question/Anwers that consumers like you and me answer. I pay my fees monthly to run an online website. I have certain goals I'd like to accomplish. To date Yahoo has gotten a pretty good amount of fee from me since starting my membership. I've been solicited via constant telephone calls prior to me joing by the staff of AT&T and Yahoo making offers and promises special offers and whatnots. Now that I'm here and has investing a lot of time and a wicked amount of dedication to get my site up and running, I find it disheartening and frustrating that I can't reach anyone on the staff. But instead in innundated with messages and signals that in the end say "Don't bother us, we don't know the answer and we don't care! Write other fellow geeks who we don't pay to answer your tech questions. We're just here to collect your money and convince you to buy other services like 'marketing', and services that take but never give back.
